Report a problem

Found a bug or something that doesn't work? Tell us here. A report with the diagnostics text attached is the fastest way to a fix.

How to report

1. In ratchet, open Settings → Diagnostics and tap Copy diagnostics. You see the full text before it's copied: versions, which features are on, and the last lines of ratchet's log. Nothing is sent anywhere.
2. Come back to this page and click the round bug button in the bottom-right corner.
3. Say what you did and what went wrong, and paste the diagnostics text below it.
4. Add your email address if you'd like a reply.

Older versions of ratchet have no Diagnostics section. There, copy what ratchet printed in the terminal window that started it.

What the report contains

Only what you type or paste, plus the page's own details (this page's address and your browser). The screenshot option captures this web page, not your screen or ratchet.

Rather use email?

Write to [email protected] and paste the diagnostics text into the mail.
